With a lifelong love of the countryside and a natural eye for detail, Jilly Miller brings together refined event expertise and an authentic sense of rural hospitality. Her work celebrates both — blending elegance and warmth to create experiences that feel as effortless as they are extraordinary.

After studying Hospitality Management at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts in Canada, Jilly began her career with Handpicked Hotels in the Cotswolds, gaining an early understanding of service, precision, and guest experience. In 2018, she joined Julian Dunkerton’s No.131 Cheltenham as Head of Events, where she launched The House @ No.131 — a luxury private rental and event space that quickly became one of the region’s most desirable destinations. Her ability to craft bespoke experiences for high-end private clients, corporate guests, and wedding couples led to features in several leading lifestyle publications.

In 2022, Jilly transitioned into public event management, overseeing portfolios that included The Jockey Club, Burghley Horse Trials, Cheshire Show, New Forest Show, and Badminton Horse Trials, where she helped deliver a landmark food and beverage partnership. These experiences refined her understanding of scale, logistics, and the artistry of creating unforgettable moments across both private and public spheres.

Today, through Country Culture, Jilly curates bespoke weddings, private celebrations, and live countryside events, supported by a network of professionals drawn from rural industries. Her vision is to redefine countryside hospitality — championing the talent, authenticity, and quiet sophistication found within the rural community.

Now based in Suffolk with her partner Liam, their hunters Charlie and Monty, and their working golden retrievers, Jilly continues to draw inspiration from the landscapes, people, and traditions that shape her world — bringing the true spirit of the countryside to every event she creates.
